all PRR shareholders registered on the record date 23rd May 2011 ... are equally entitled to the full alotment of $15 K of PRR ... less any scalebacks of course if ... it's oversubscribed
... whether you hold 1 PRR share or indeed 10 million PRR shares ...you are treated equally ..... its part of the ASIC deal ...
... SPP all have the same rules ...
