    Ed Nealon: Chairman
A non-executive director of Dwyka since April 2000, Mr Nealon was appointed chairman in April 2007, a change that reflects the Company’s strategic diversification into nickel and gold. A qualified geologist, he has more than 30 years’ experience in the mining and exploration industry. Having spent six years in South Africa with Anglo-America Corporation, Mr Nealon moved to Australia in 1980 and for the next two years was involved in exploration with the Rio Tinto Group. In 1983, he founded his own consulting company and since then has practised in Africa, Australia, the United States and Canada, as well as other regions worldwide.

    Melissa Sturgess: Chief Executive Officer
Ms Sturgess was appointed to the Dwyka board in April 2001, becoming an Executive Director in November 2002. In June 2003, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company and in June 2005 became Executive Chairman. In April 2007, Ms Sturgess once more took up the position of Chief Executive Officer again, to reflect the Company’s strategic diversification into nickel and gold. Ms Sturgess, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from The University of Western Australia, began her career with British Airways before moving on to law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques. Having founded her own consultancy in 1994, Ms Sturgess has since been actively involved in the corporate development of a range of public companies.

    Adrian Griffin: Technical Director
Mr Griffin, who graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1975 with majors in geology and metallurgy, was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Dwyka in December 2005. In April 2007 he became (non-executive) Technical Director, in order to concentrate on the Company’s South African assets, including its Kimberley-based diamond operations. With 30 plus years’ experience in the mining industry, Mr Griffin’s responsibilities during that time have included exploration, feasibility studies, financing and the development of a wide range of commodities. Mr Griffin’s exposure to the industry worldwide includes professional involvement in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, Australia and Antarctica. He has been instrumental in the development of operations that have explored for and produced a range of commodities, among them gemstones, iron ore, base metals, mineral sands, platinum group metals and gold.

    Terence (Terry) McConnachie: Non-executive Director
Further strengthening the Dwyka Board was the appointment, in April 2007, of Mr McConnachie as Non-executive Director. Mr McConnachie, who has 25 years’ experience in the mining industry in particular, in the beneficiation of ferroalloys and precious metals was the founder of South African Chrome & Alloys Limited, a successful, black-empowered chrome-mining company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Built by him from scratch over a six-year period, that company is now a multi-million rand operation with assets worth well over a billion rand (US$350 million). Well-known for identifying mining opportunities, Mr McConnachie has implemented many new greenfield operations in gold, nickel, aluminum, platinum, chrome, graphite and tantalite. Formerly CEO of Welprop Mining Services and, more recently, CEO of SA Chrome and Alloys Limited, he is currently the major shareholder and CEO of Alumicor Pty Ltd, which operates a multi-million rand aluminium dross and scrap-smelting facility in South Africa. Mr McConnachie is also a director and CEO of the ASX and AIM-listed Sylvania Resources Limited respectively.

    Dr Evan Kirby: Non-executive Director
Dr Kirby was appointed to the Dwyka board in November 2002. A metallurgist with 30+ years' experience, he worked in South Africa for 17 years — primarily for Impala Platinum, Rand Mines and Rustenburg Platinum Mines — before moving to Australia in 1992. In Australia, Dr Kirby worked for Minproc Engineers and Bechtel before starting his own consulting business a decade later. With his broad experience, he has been involved in the development of a wide range of mining and minerals processing projects in Africa and Australia, as well as other parts of the world.

    Mike Langoulant: Chief Financial Officer
Appointed to the Dwyka board in April 2005, Mr Langoulant is a chartered accountant with 20 years’ experience in corporate administration and fundraising for public companies. Having spent 10 years with large international accounting firms, during which time he acted as chief financial officer, company secretary and non-executive director with a number of publicly listed companies, Mr Langoulant established his own consultancy firm in 1994.
