Was just reading back over a few ARH announcements and came across the below paragraph in the latest announcement:

"Negotiations with potential strategic funding partners for the Balmoral South Project, whilst ongoing, are simplified by the completion of the acquisition and Australasian is hopeful of concluding a suitable funding arrangement early in 2007. Australasian will apply for its shares to be reinstated to trading on the ASX as soon as such funding has been finalised."

I know all the indicitive consolidation timetables have mentioned the 8th Jan as the expected date of recommencement of trading but does the above statement place the requirement of finalising the funding arrangements for the project BEFORE reinstatement to the ASX??

Anyone care to advise or comment....
