From someone that has done it I couldn't more highly recommend the Mentor Program by Louise Bedford and Chris Tate of The Trading Game. It is an intensive 8 month program that covers everything you need to know to be a successful trader. The course can be repeated as many times as you like.
If you want to start at a slower pace you could always get their books: Trading Secrets by Louise Bedford and The Art of Trading by Chris Tate.
