Had a thought about a potential outcome with all the asset sales, restructuring and whatnot that CNP/CER is undergoing. It stapling of the two securities and/or simplification of ownership strucuture of assets a likely scenario or outcome out of all that's going on at Centro HQ. From a funds management perspective, some fund managers that I have spoken to in my line of work essentially have a real gripe with the complexity of centro's structure and not just the gearing level.
