    Since 2022 - it has be large dilution and MNB is still not out of the woods yet

    Still 100% at the mercy of all - 100% plus of entire project needs to be borrowed or via CR

    Construction hasn't started yet and cash is fast burning

    If 2025 growing season missed - dilution will continue

    No offtake - as production for 2025 cannot be guaranteed

    So many risks - and profit taking will continue on any given opportunity
