    G'day Red Baron,

    can you expand on you post ( I fully expect them to go to stage 2 from the get go )

    as I see it MNB is trying to get a $10m US loan to build the stage 1 processing plant that is on site.

    Stage 2 procession plant MNB has no money to make the plant in the US, then ship to Angola, then build it on site,

    am I missing something, I do thank you for posting.
