Besides the value of the business connections companies can make at these conferences and the opportunities that can sometimes eventuate, it is also how companies increase investor awareness. Which equals more buyers that see the value of the project and a stronger buy side. They are also an opportunity for more astute investors like Gradecontroller to speak to the company in person which you should try some time. I could go on but I think it is good for a company to attend as many of these conferences as possible.
