    Thenthing about selling at these levels is once the bank finance drops and construction starting news drops there won't be shares for sale anywhere near these levels. I would expect an open above 8c on that day. It's just a question on when that day is. And is must be very very close. Angolan banks seem to work at the speed of a snail.
