I also don’t use them mate, but the idea is to hold a goldilocks number of shares (up to the comfort of the individual) so you are happy to see it go up (not feel fomo), and have enough cash to be happy to see it go down (allocated for lower support levels). Unfortunately, when you miss a few of the best days on MNB, you miss the whole rally, so I approach this investment with a long term view.
