MAP price $800 now - the NPV should be well over $USD$550m now....

    MAP price $800 now - the NPV should be well over $USD$550m now.
    Next Investors quoted this when the spot price of MAP was $780m back in July. I'm not sure where they got their spot price from but I would assume it's over $900 now? Not sure why they wouldnt send another update, price have gone parabolic.
    Also, today's physical Urea price is $720, below table has it at $620, so safe to say MAP is over $900 now.
