    dont know about cash rich its got $20M and needs another $270M in CAPEX to start mining for Copper at the copper mine and I dont know what the CAPEX is needed for the gold mine.
    Maybe 3 months ago one could get finance for such a project but try doing that today and say the project is in Saudi Arabia a county run by a King and his family.
    Great resources just the wrong place and time been watching this since it was 35 cents to 10 cents now
