yes l am watching Directors transactions and trying to get information about service stations in areas where EV take up has been high (eg Norway).
I like the drive through future model OTC and the concept of a convenient store the selling energy rather than a petrol station selling petrol and then inconveniences.
in regards to .2 above the plan is to reduce debt and then renegotiate on the new figure after the disposal of some of the existing service stations. Interest rate uncertainty is making selling petrol stations difficult.
the biggest real threat in the short term is multiple interest rate global increases.
you’re right about 1. Above inflation again is not my concern. Rather interest rate rises to counter inflation are a concern (until they sell some of their stations).
like all shares they have their threats and opportunities the threat for WPR (and REITs) is interest rates.
