there are a couple of shares that could increase distributions if inflation or rates rise & it’s not a bad idea of get those so you are protected - as best you can.
i would be nervous if l was over weight in REITs but l am well under market index weight overall
Also there are shares also that have very little borrowings (eg SOL) these are another option
