Pete, my views echo that of Chris.
Yes SP could fall, but it could also rise substantially. The last 2 years REITs have been smashed. Some are stressed such as CLW. But I see it as cyclical, and the impact on WPR has mainly been on property values, with divvies only minimally impacted. My opinion is that rates have peaked and REITs have bottomed out.
Just stay diversified mate and all will be good.
