Better to have a customer incentive program such as purchases give 5 or 10% credit or future purchases. Or yearly membership fee which gives discounts and free shipping 3) emails and app notifications - much better in frequency now but the quality of designs is lacking. Include 50% best designs together with 50% customer suggested based on search and purchase history.
for what should be a vibrant and young company this feels like it is run by an older demographic that is struggling for resonance with its target audience.
and please reduce expenses, crazy they are not reducing staff numbers.
