Its not that simple

This is a Special Resolution

THEY (MB) need simple majority of the number of heads who vote ( so say 2000 vote they need 1001) to satisfy the 1st leg of the Special resolution

BUT they then need at least 75% of the total of the votes cast so simple example 200 peopel vote they get 1001 in favor BUT only 1 mil shares are caste, SO if they only get 749,000  in favour of teh vote tehy fail.

WE simply ( Lot of work required though) need to get better than 25 %. to stop them IT will need to be better than 25% NOT just 25% as they would have achieved 75% and the vote is carried
