It's all about derisking.
As management tick more and more boxes then more people are willing to put up their hard earned cash.
Its about trusting management and due diligence.
When this was 1c people were very worried but as the project moved forward more and more people invested.
Tick tock , tick tock.
Time is running out and October is coming fast.
