I’m out at the moment and can’t do the following calculation but if you could or if anyone could.
If the directors were to forgo their performance shares and instead do a CR with the amount of the amount of shares they were going to receive at say a 10% discount to the current SP how much would that raise?
Just merely out of interest
IMO they deserve the performance shares for the efforts they’ve done so far
