Normally I would agree but I suspect/know that there will be pressure from the government to hit the ground running.
A 12 month farmin negotiation may not be what the gov will be looking for.
To be Frank part of the reason I'm invested is because this will be fast tracked. The Pedpa has taken care of all the usual impediments ie land access ect for pipelines or transmission wires.....which is another massive reason for my investment.
