The PSA is almost starting to feel like BPHs approval by the Australia government. It's the only thing holding this back. I think after the year long delay people are cautious the same thing will happen and we will get to 2022'with no PSA and no drilling undertaken. We just need the bloody thing done and out of the way so the floodgates can open and this can finally get a moving. Having patience is the hardest part of investing haha.
