Really?
They have managed to negotiate a legal framework for petroleum exploration and development with a government where none previously existed.
They have almost concluded a production sharing agreement with a government where none previously existed.
They have reprocessed vast amounts of old data into a modern Total Prospective Resource of 9.25 Tcf + 294 million barrels# of conventional gas / condensate (gross mean unrisked).
They have negotiated gas sales agreement MOUs with industries in Zimbabwe which will underpin cashflow for the coming decades.
They have done all the above with minimal dilution to the share register, thereby giving holders the greatest chance at life changing rewards.
I reckon they’ve done a fair bit.
