reconciling share counts

Can someone help me reconcile some share count data for NWE? Reuters is showing the share count at end of Q2 2012 at 752.97M. That contradicts the NWE Cash report in Q1 2012 which reported that number at 874.18M. Then the report today references a share count of 974.18M

I realize there was a capital raising, and I realize that there are probably some options being exercised. Does anyone have a reconciliation for any of this going back a year? I'm not clear if these are all fully diluted shares outstanding, or if some of this is just issued but not in the outstanding pool yet.

These seem like very significant amounts of dilution.
