The port was always going to be gradually upgraded to accommodate initially 1m tons and eventually up to two. It's not news to me, and I'm sure this has been highlighted in the past as part of their increased production strategy.
Still, it doesn't let management off the hook if some shareholders are unaware of their plans. They should be spruiking every bit of positive info they can constantly at this stage of the game..
