    Long time no speak

    I agree that a reconstruction wrecks the share price, at least,in the short term

    Most companies do it so they can raise further capital but at least WMT has $18m in the bank and has good prospects. Probably will not raise capital straight away

    Maybe they are really are trying to inject some apparent respectability into their share price as a lot of people will not buy 3c shares

    If they go 3c or lower I will definitely buy more
