In Knowing that, and knowing how Higgo would NOT want to put his head on the chopping block by circumventing the law............
Then at least we can be sure that what ... (if anything) is announced by the BOD ... has the seal of approval of the independent arbitrator therefore legit ..... (for once)
But are the Administrators obligated to give market updates/clarity? ....... Nope
.... and in my experience they stick 'religiously' to their obligations ....... so if anything it will be second round for us plebs before we know squat .. IMO
