spread by Management regarding Nicanda Hill being "specified" by inference of TMG as getting a $2billion contract ? Was that "legitimate" grounds for Dismissal ? and combined with Sale of Directors Shares so soon after "leaving" the Board give grounds for "Golden Boot Payout" being denied?

ozpolarbear- There would have been further dilution, shares issued under a continued BB regieme as under Higgos. The Rights Issue $4mil calculation did not have calculated in it Brad's Half Million claim in it. Higgo's payment is actually some $100 grand less than Brad's.
