Sounds ok , what factors will have to be taken into consideration when calculating the proposed listing price . Without knowing much along the lines of reconstruction and in AWS case I imagine there are some areas of complication that need to be straightened up before a listing takes place .
Shareholders have not yet recieved a detailed breakdown of the current financial situation .
what arrangements are in place to minimise the outstanding debt with westpac , I think the initial debt was approx 8M . what assets or business componets have been liquidated and how are the proceeds from these sales being utilised to square of the original line of debt . How much Company debt is outstanding and if so has there been any negotiations with a secondary party to assist us with this financial burden . If they are restructuring the Company and forging an alliance with another Company this might be interesting , sounds like alot is going on and it sounds pretty complicated .
