Tried to read it without getting a headache...but I gather if 500mil shares are being used to compensate for almost $8mil debt...than it would appear that the 26mil shares resultant out of the consolidation would be worth approx 1.6¢...Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong...cause I hope I am...

That said, I did generally liked what I read...directors seem fine...sounds like a plan.
