Firstly, check below if eligible, then withdraw $330k, contribute back into to super as a non concessional contribution ($110,000pa is carried forward for following two years also). This usually has the effect of diluting down the proportion of taxable components, meaning less tax deducted when passed on to your beneficiaries.
** If you happen to have total super assets over $1.7 million as at 30 June of the previous financial year, you can’t make additional non-concessional contributions to your super, or you may be penalised.
