Record number of cases expected, PM intervenes in shutdown

Victoria is bracing for another grim record today, with more than 700 coronavirus cases expected to be added to the tally amid reports a person in their 30s is among the death toll. It comes as the Prime Minister urges Daniel Andrews to reconsider some stage four business shutdowns.
