But only one mob had the capacity to preserve an end to the problem. It's hard to believe some clown dropped the policy and for the following years watched the whole issue explode into multi million dollar industry for human traffickers, a multi billion dollar problem for our deficit burdened country and a death trap for over a thousand people.
It's clearly not the same problem.
