Below is an interview last week with the Altium US VP of sales Chris Donato.

Observation:
The US sales number for this fiscal year was the primary force behind the record breaking number and pivotal in Altium hitting the 100M sales milestone ahead of plan. Whilst the current top line and bottom line growth is a great achievement and over two decades in the making, Altium are now setting their sights on doubling this mark to 200M by 2020. M&A activities, broader partnerships and citing the change from reseller to customer direct model were turning points for revenue acceleration.  Given their stellar track record of the past 3 years, they are just likely to pull it off.
