•PBHRA - there’s really no reason to be buying these, like mentioned here, this isn’t a stock, it’s a ‘right to buy’ a stock, you pay for the right, you then need to pay for the stock, at the moment these are overvalued as you can buy the actual stock cheaper on market and actually have the stock.
Your biggest risk with these is them being worth zero, the closer that PBH gets to $6.50 the less valuable these become, on today’s closing price of PBH these are technically worth about $4.54 (not the $6.40 they closed at)
Also if you buy these and then take no action, you will lose whatever you spent on them as these pretty much self terminate on the 22nd of September (worth $0 and unreadable)

•Free Options, want to touch on this too, like PBHRA, the options will be tradable when we get them (Most likely as PBHO) if you’re going to be buying these, remember in order to turn them into shares You will need to pay an additional $13 per option to make it a share, but you will have a lot longer than the rights that are currently trading.

Today was a down day for multiple reasons:
•Ex entitlement yes
•All tech stocks been smacked while PBH was in a trading halt, so they kinda needed to catch up on the discounting the stock

Should see green tomorrow, US markets (inc nasdaq) looking a lot better

As it was mentioned before, if you pay for a share today, you do not own it till 2 days later. It is a technicality, but obviously very important.
