Would like to know what people think
Bought a tranche through comsec on 29 Nov 2021. They say I am not entitled to the SPP because T plus 2 has registered me as a holder as of 1 December 2021. So I miss out by 1 day.
The Company Ex date and Record date are the same.
Normally, for dividends the Ex date and record date are different and when buys before the ex date one is entitled to the dividend.
I would like to hear what people think and also if you think it is worthwhile taking up with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
