I'm not sure of the maths you want, but with shares currently trading at 16 to 17 cents, few sellers, lots of buyers, and market that is a little more buoyant than in recent times, it seems a little hard to ignore the Rights issue since it is at 10 cents.
Interestingly, exactly two months ago UTO was trading at 6 cents, (and as little as 5.5 cents on 17th March)so if you bought them then you'd have at least 270% increase. I'd still hold as i think the energy commodities can only improve.
