good comments poweron - my point was really a general vibe thing. I am aware of the good exploration team at uto. Not sure about mega being able to move on Dawson-Hinkler by itself - they are far away and the economics of these deposits are difficult, especially if you have to truck ore or some sort of liquor say 75km or whatever. i think it makes sense for uto and toe to do something together - help release value on both sides. I follow toe as well so am aware of your point on toe acquisition plans but it all depends on price doesnt it!
