Hi greyhound and others .... Firstly ' fatbloater' ( gloater ) is active on this site ranting about other shares as well . His / her comments appear to be nothing more than just that , rants . It was my choice to invest in this company and my choice only . It was based on my own research , which was comprehensive to say the least . To see over 50% of my investment disappear in a matter of days was distressing enough , but to see it further diluted is worse , now around 55% gone with potentially more declines . As before the senior management is remis in its actions as is the elected Board . The new CEO might be the saviour of this company , however the damage has already been done . I'm sure that others are in the same boat as to their investment in this company , based on the misleading and potentially corrupt Annual Report . Massive over runs on projects don't happen overnight , they appear early in the piece and again are not suddenly realised . The Corporations Act 2001 covers this in all areas , specifically company responsibility regarding reporting of appropriate issues . This present and past management , including the Board is responsible to the share holder , yet no remorse is evident at all . I will be lodging a formal complaint with ASIC regarding the misleading Annual Report and the actions of the senior management and Board relating to the obvious non disclosure of relevant significant issues . This situation is a complete and utter disgrace ... the managers and Board of this company must be held accountable for their inept ability .
