    Shareholders registered tommorrow get to apply for priority offer.
    As well on record date sometime late march or early april registered bln shareholders share in 35000000 shares in new offering.Around 1 share in chalice gold for every 3 bullion held if I am reading this correctly.Seems a good deal.
