The implied value for CLN as management have argued does not necessarily mean the SP will reflect this intrinsic value.

There are many, many small cap companies that trade well below the implied 'intrinsic value'.

I agree with midlife crisis that the SP will fall significantly in the ST, to then rerate slowly over time as key milestones are achieved, depending upon macro events such as political stability in Mali and the ongoing POG.

These critical dates when dividends or rights entitlements go ex always stuffs people up judging by the many threads I have seen on HC over time.

My interpretation is that you will need to have bought shares on or before the 29th January and not have sold them by the close of trading on the 29th January to participate.

You will easily see whether this is correct or not as the SP suddenly falls. This, IMO will occur at the start of the trading day on Monday 1st February.
