Yes I agree there are many occasions where a sp trades below or well below its "intrinsic" value.
Over the years I have seen perhaps an equal number of stocks in which the sp trades above or well above its intrinsic value.
This can be debated either way.
But in my opinion, its a stretch of the imagination by some margin to think this will fall as far as 10c.
