In the ASX release of 23rd July RMS state that the record date for the 5c return of capital is Friday 6th August. It seems to me that if you sell RMS shares today your shares will change hands on T+3days which is close of business Wednesday 4th August and you will not be entitled to the capital return on those shares. Can anyone with a better understanding of the workings of the ASX enlighten me please?
