I read Pumpkin Patch Report yesturday and they have employee loan to purchase shares scheme after a term of 3 yrs if they may get a bonus payment to clear the loan depending on targets met and have to pay different amounts back if they leave before the 3 yrs.
I trust the extension for Mr Tripoldi was for good reason but only the board will know that.
I haven't really thought about it but Possibly lots of companies have these schemes?
I read an earlier ann that Mark Foley was to stay on as a non executive director but it looks like he's moving on.
