When I'm feeling better I'll do a some of the parts. You really need a range on the realistic value of the international value, then you back that out of the market cap / enterprise value to backsolve the implied value of the australasian business and how those metrics look.

Love this company but he stock has run hot and we need to not get ahead of ourselves - IE a huge premium has been built into the SP based on the international business being sold so the market now assumes a block buster price for it and its hard to know how that will compare to the eventual price. Could be more - could be less - could be just right. And then how does the rest of the business look on a valuation basis?
