However it is similar to your own portfolio in that there is always (hopefully) an outstanding capital gains component. AFI always stresses it seeks to be a long term holder of equities and so the capital gains component sits there in the background but in one sense has minor relevance to the asset backing so far as dividend return is concerned. Otherwise of course it would be trading closer to the quoted $5.51 a share.
