this is due to the 'Greens' since the Democrates become the Greens they started preferencing ALP opposed to spliting their primary vote btw the two majors
this resulted in a Large number of primary ALP voters voting for The Greens thus having a 'strong' influence over the ALP this shifted them from a party for middle class working people to a socialist party masking as a center party.
Overtime the 'Greens influence' has grown as more and more young people believe their lies in which make zero economic and practical sense - the ABC is essentially a shill for the Greens and ALP it is why they have censored stories Lidia Thorpe and never called out the 100s of lies the Greens put around election time.
Thus the Greens have become the most dangerous party in Australia commanding around 10-12 percent of the primary voters but it essentially having strong influence over the ALP as without their preference the ALP would never see power....
The ALP is essentially in a Coalition with the Greens in everything bar branding- and the trainwreak we are experiencing under Albo right now is the poisonous.
People dont realise it but Mark Lathem is essentially what the ALP was he is a honest and blunt individual who doesnt care about woke rubbish but it about workers, and Australians making Australia 'better' not some socialist cesspool
Now im going to be balanced and say LNP are NO longer the conservative smart economic money managers they were under the Howard era No the LNP has been infected by 'moderates' who are essentially fake conversative MPs to 'scared' to tell it like it is - the LNP is probably closer to the ALP and the ALP are essentially the Greens whilst the Greens are anti-Australian communist
sadly this is all to the detriment for the Australian people - i blame mandatory voting too many people vote for the party who is 'marketed' the best but not necessarily the best for them - i know so many young people who vote Greens but couldnt tell me anything they stand for other then 'they care for the environment'
