Only a record since 2014. Rutile went to ~US$2,400 in 2011, so there is still plenty of upside. The risk though is that just like 2011, demand falls off a cliff at those levels and prices tumble quickly thereafter. Producers like BSE will have to tread a fine line between Prices and Volune.
