jazzmox are you surprised? It was expected for politicians to use local weather conditions to support the beliefs of the global warming, be it true or not. I don't see Obama in the US claiming global cooling given the US has suffered the 3rd coldest October on record. Note that the global mean temperature hasn't changed much over the past 10 or so years. Not sure what anyone can make of all this. We need to wait a few more years to see if the global warming is continuing or not. We can't make a definitive decision about something that hasn't happened yet given all this conflicting data can they?
