Actually I am originally from Perth but I now live in Melbourne. I am convinced that Melbourne is now hotter and drier than when I arrived here 20 years ago. I also believe Perth is getting cooler and wetter. Which is a bummer for me as I prefer the cooler weather. I believe AGW does allow for some localised cooling as well as general across the board warming. But I haven't seen any official temperature figures for either city.
