just needs to drop another 30 - 40% and things will be back to normal again.. I feel sorry for all those renters who coudlnt buy because house prices became seriously over vlaued.
For property investors who will groan over this, its that hard, basic lesson, everyone knows but ignores "buy low, sell high" - so simple, yet people ignore it time and time again and buy high.
